Send a notice →Access, deletion or questions about data. Read the Privacy Policy first — there are no accounts and nothing is retained, so in most cases the honest answer is that we hold nothing about you.

We aim to reply within a few business days. Every message is read; not every message needs a reply, and support requests come first.
AudioDrop is an independent service with no relationship to YouTube or Google. We cannot remove, restore, unblock or change anything on YouTube, recover a video that has been taken down, or help with a YouTube account — those all have to go to YouTube.
We also cannot advise you on whether you are permitted to download a particular video. That is your call to make, and the Terms of Service explain why it has to be.
